What research says

There are reports that birth season slightly correlates with later sleep type (morning/evening) and some health indicators (Foster & Roenneberg 2008 and others). That said, what research supports is that the effect is small and regional differences are large. The depiction of seasonal feeling below is an interpretation drawn from there.

What research says

It is suggested that the day length (length of daylight) at birth may slightly relate to the initial setting of the body clock and melatonin secretion (Wehr 2001 and others). That is the extent of what research supports; under modern artificial lighting the effect tends to be dampened. The reading below is an extrapolation that expands this physiological tendency into a sense of season.

A possible interpretation
