These Terms govern the use of the service "birthplot" (the "Service").

By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

The Service provides reference information that combines psychology, behavioral economics, sociology, statistical analysis, and astrological symbolic expressions, based on your date of birth, birth information, and other inputs.

The results do not warrant or determine the user’s personality, abilities, aptitude, future, or fate.

The horoscope feature is based on the symbolic system of astrology and makes no scientific claims.

The analysis, interpretations, comments, and other information provided are offered as reference for self-understanding and reflection.

Do not make important decisions — including education, employment, marriage, investment, or medical decisions — based solely on the Service’s results.

The Service does not provide medical, legal, tax, financial, or other professional advice.

Please consult professionals as needed.

Minors using the Service must do so with the consent of a legal guardian.

You must not engage in any of the following:

・Conduct that violates laws or public order and morals

・Conduct that infringes the rights or interests of third parties

・Entering a third party’s personal information without their consent

・Unauthorized access or attempts thereto

・Interfering with the operation of the Service

・Using the Service for fraudulent purposes

・Other conduct the Operator deems inappropriate

You represent and warrant that neither you nor any related party is or will be an "anti-social force" (such as organized-crime groups, their members or related companies, sokaiya, or similar parties).

If the Operator determines that you fall under such categories, the Operator may suspend use, delete your account, or take other necessary measures without prior notice.

If you violate these Terms or the Operator deems your use otherwise inappropriate, the Operator may suspend use or delete your account without prior notice.

The Service is provided "as is" without express or implied warranty of accuracy, completeness, usefulness, continuity, or any other matter.

Except in cases of the Operator’s willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Operator is not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the Service.

Where the Operator bears liability for slight negligence, damages are limited to ordinary and direct damages actually incurred by the user, with an aggregate cap of JPY 1,000.

Where this clause is held unenforceable under Article 8(1) of the Japanese Consumer Contract Act with respect to any consumer contract under that Act, the Operator shall remain liable to the extent of such unenforceability.

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including text, images, design, programs, and logic, belong to the Operator or rightful holders.

The Service may use ads and services provided by third parties.

The Operator is not responsible for any damage or trouble caused by such third-party services.

The Operator may change, suspend, or terminate the Service without prior notice to users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

Any dispute relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

The Operator may revise these Terms as needed.

The revised Terms take effect when posted on the Service.
